Level 1: Full Management of Let Properties

Our comprehensive Full Management Landlord service covers every aspect of letting your property for complete peace of mind.

The full management service is ideal if you are looking for minimal involvement with the day-to-day management of your property.

Level 2: Rent Collection Lettings’ Service

With our Rent Collection service, you are responsible for everyday property and tenancy management. Meanwhile, we ensure that all the documentation including tenancy agreements and inventories have been professionally prepared and that your rent payments are being closely monitored.

The security deposit for the property is held by us in line with the Government regulated Tenancy Deposit Scheme and we will conduct the end of tenancy checks and handle the deposit return.

Level 3: Introduction Plus Lettings’ Service

Our Introduction Plus Service is aimed at experienced property Landlords, who are based locally and prefer a ‘hands on’ approach.

Introduction Plus provides you with the assurance that all documentation related to the tenancy meets current legislation including referencing, tenancy agreement, inventory and end of tenancy checks.
