The Letting Process

Step 1 - Register with us:

Register with Morgan Associates and tell us about your must-haves and your preferences and we’ll send you alerts for any properties that meet your criteria.

Step 2 - Book viewings:

Be sure to check out any virtual tours first, develop a shortlist of properties and then arrange some viewings. Contact Morgan Associates and one of our friendly team will help allocate an available time slot that suits your schedule. We’ll show you around the property and provide you with any information you need.



Step 3 – Reserving a property:

Once you find a property you like, there’ll be an application form to fill in, a holding deposit of one week’s rent to pay, Right to Rent checks and references to complete. We aim to make the entire process as painless and stress free as possible.

Step 4- Tenancy progression:

We’ll follow up on your references and liaise with the landlord on your behalf. If there is anyone we need you to chase, we’ll let you know.

Step 5: Settling the opening account and signing the tenancy agreement:

The tenancy agreement will be sent to you via DocuSign. Once you have signed the agreement, paid your opening account by debit card or bank transfer, we will execute the tenancy agreements.

Step 6 - Key collection and move in day:

You will meet us at the office where we’ll provide you with your keys and inventory. We’ll discuss any further paperwork required. If there is outstanding Right to Rent documentation we will need to see it then. After all of this is sorted, you’re free to leave the office with your keys and move into your new home.
